Senior Product Designer We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can shape how internal communicators experience Workshop — and help define what it looks like when great design meets AI. This isn't a role where you execute a spec and hand it off. You'll work across the full arc of a product problem, from the fuzzy early stages to polished final experiences, and you'll bring other designers along with you as you go. You'll be one of the people who helps us figure out what AI-assisted design looks like in practice — not as a buzzword, but as a genuine tool for making better products, faster. You're curious about it, experimenting with it, and excited to push the team forward on it. This role reports to the Head of Product Design. It has no direct reports today, but mentorship and team leadership are a real part of the job. This is a hybrid role based in Omaha, Nebraska.
