Position Specific Description: NextEra Energy’s Power Generation Division is looking for a Principal Engineer for the Steam Turbine Fleet Team (STFT) within Engineering and Operations Support Services (EOSS). This position is responsible for providing leadership and decision making for a large fleet of steam turbines across fossil and nuclear units. The role includes ownership of complex troubleshooting efforts, fleet-wide technical standards, and strategic initiatives focused on improving reliability, reducing forced outages, and optimizing operational and maintenance costs.
