Job Posting Title: Occupational Therapist PRN - Dallas Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: Weekdays; 10 hour days + weekend rotation PRN: Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities - Performs examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, and outcome in accordance with standards set by profession’s national association, scope of practice and hospital policies and guidelines. - Provides age-appropriate and family-centered care in accordance with current evidence and practice standards, provider’s prescription and protocols and regulatory standards. - Completes documentation per departmental and hospital policy. - Demonstrates skills sufficient for effective verbal and written communication with providers, patients of all ages and their families, hospital staff members, and other professionals. - Supervises therapy aides, students and volunteers in order to maintain patient safety and regulatory standards. - Participates in formal or informal education of new employees, students, volunteers, and members of same and other disciplines. - Collaborates with m...
