Student Intern 1 - 3 The Department of Health, Human, and Veterans Services (HHVS), housed within the County Executive Office, is comprised of the Director’s Office and six operational divisions: Public Health, Clinical Care Services, Access to Care (Health Choice), Medical Examiner’s Office, Transition Services, and Veterans Services. The mission of HHVS is to promote health and well-being for all Wayne County residents through programs, policies, and partnerships that address gaps in access and opportunity across the lifespan.
