The client opportunity: We look for an Executive Recruiter that has a track record in scaling unicorns and is outstanding in managing stakeholders during a time of hypergrowth. Either full-time or for a 6-12 fixed term contract. You support a German defense unicorn hiring across none-tech, mainly executive roles.
