Must take extra precautions when working in patient/resident care areas and specifically keep tools out of reach of children. Job Description: Possess advanced mechanical knowledge, and show competence in the use of hand tools, meters, measuring devices and gauges. Ability to work from blueprints, schematics and technical manuals required. Acts as a resource to staff and assists management with the department personnel and operations of the department.
