This role plays a key part in helping the organization stay closely connected to the consumer by leading research that informs brand building, communication development, innovation, and packaging strategy – translating data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience across primary research and syndicated data, with a strong ability to connect consumer learning to business strategy. This role requires a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple research initiatives while partnering closely with brand, innovation, and agency teams.
