The Manager, Human Resources, Ingredients Operations reports to the Director, HRBP , Ingredients Operations. The role acts as an HR partner to the plant and for Ingredients Dairy Powders. The Manager, HR will deliver HR programs and processes that support DFA’s business strategy and values. This role will deliver business aligned, value adding solutions across a range of HR areas including; talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, employee relations, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and strategic workforce planning. People Plan: - Provides input to and delivers on the Operational HR Plan for the plant. HR Partnering: - Influences and builds relationships with leaders in the plant to reinforce HR’s position as a trusted advisor to the business - Provides coaching and support to leaders to drive performance that enables the delivery of superior outcomes Talent Management: - Uses the DFA talent process to identify critical roles and talent in the client group - Supports leaders to have strategic talent and succession discussions to meet their groups needs Recruitment: - Manages the non-exempt recruitment and onboarding needs for the client site...
