Job description

Summary: Develops systems and tracks monthly metrics and data on energy and resource use and reductions at all Missouri Botanical Garden campuses. Prepares Greenhouse Gas Inventories and tracking progress for green building certifications. Prepares reports and communications on results. Collaborates with Garden staff from multiple divisions and vendors to collect appropriate information on a regular basis. Works with division team to interpret results and identify steps to expand sustainability efforts in Garden buildings, grounds and programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervisory Responsibilities: None. - Under the supervision of VP Sustainability and Manager, Built Environments, develops lists of all resource use and collections and other metrics to track on behalf of sustainability efforts on Garden sites. - Using Excel or other databases, develops and manages multiple information tracking systems for this resource use, updates all data on a monthly basis, keeping all systems current throughout the year.
