Job DetailsJob Location: Watsonville, CA 95076Salary Range: $28.00 - $28.00 HourlyJob Summary: We are looking to hire a co-Peer House Leader for the Freedom Recovery Residence program. Reporting to the Program Manager, under close supervision, the role of the Peer House Leader is to model recovery and provide peer support for the participants of the program. The Peer House Leader (PHL) for Freedom Recovery Residences is a supportive role to the participants of Recovery Residence Program. PHL will be assigned to a site where they will live as well as be first contact around site emergencies such as facility emergencies, medical emergencies, and other unsafe situations. Responsibilities: Following all aspects of the Employee Code of Conduct, establish a peer support relationship with program participants. Help supervise chore schedule.
