Description Compensation: $21 to 25 per hour plus OT 40% travel required Excellent Benefits including: - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - 401k Plan (Employer Contributes 50/100, 6%) - HSA (Employer Contributes $552 Annually) - Life Insurance Summary: The Asphalt Laborer is responsible for prepping the worksite including cleaning, sweeping, raking, and assistant asphalt application. Essential Functions: - Cleaning and prepping job site for work - Showing up on time ready to work with all PPE - Work outside in weather elements - Maintaining equipment by cleaning and ensuring it's ready for next day of work - Ability to lift up to 50lbs - Other duties as assigned by supervisor About Our Company: Holbrook Asphalt Co. is an industry leader in the preservation of pavement assets.
