You’ll work directly with the founder and help build the company from the ground up - running jobs, leading crews, and ensuring work is done right from day one. Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in water restoration/mitigation - Experience running jobs independently from start to finish (not just working on a crew) - Proven ability to lead crews and manage field execution - Strong understanding of drying strategies, documentation, and job quality - Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on role (field work daily) - High ownership mindset — takes responsibility and gets results Preferred (Not Required): - IICRC WRT / ASD / AMRT / FSRT - NY State Mold License - Xactimate...
