How the Prep Cook works with the Team: Responsible for the safe handling and preparation of our food products for our guests in a clean and professional manner. Team Member Responsibilities: Consistently prepare our food as laid out in the recipes and station guides Handle, store and serve food in a safe manner following all Mountain Creek and Health Department safety procedures Maintain clean working station Be well versed in Food & Beverage policies and procedures Consistently set up, maintain, and break down workstations Cross training in other roles to fill in as needed Follow portion control and cooking time guidelines Able to use Slicer, Combi Oven and Deep Fryer Use char broiler, and salamander to prepare food to proper temper...
