About the role: Safety and Quality Specialist Position Title: Safety & Quality Specialist, reports to the Safety and Quality Manager Industry: Renewable Energy – Wind, Solar, and BESS Location: Travel (80%) Based in Oklahoma City, OK Responsibilities: Health & Safety - Conduct weekly safety audits of work being conducted inside of turbines, O/M facilities, yards, and other work sites. - Incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action development. - Support Safety Risk Assessments (SRAs) of high‑risk work activities (e.g., working at heights, electrical work, crane and rigging, confined space, LOTO). - Facilitate employee safety training and toolbox talks. - Trackin...
