Senior Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Galveston Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy - ( 2602292 ) Description EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualifications: - Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy - Three (3) years of experience. Required: - Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Must be licensed with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
