WE LOVE OUR WORK. Job Summary: The Painter is responsible for preparing and applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. Qualifications: - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming - Apply paint, varnish, stains, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety procedures and guidelines - Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met - Perform minor repairs to surfaces as needed - Previous painting or maintenance experience preferred - Basic knowledge of painting tools and techniques - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail - Ability to stand, bend, and lift as required Work Environment: BRING US YOUR BEST.
