About the Role: The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer drives supplier quality strategy for critical hardware and electromechanical supply chains. This role develops supplier quality metrics, qualification methods, audit processes, and development plans to build a reliable, scalable, and high-performing supplier base. About the work: - Audit strategic suppliers quality systems and manufacturing processes to ensure selection, qualification, and ongoing approval against internal quality requirements. - Lead part-by-part qualification, PPAP, and FAI through product development, new part introduction, and supplier onboarding. - Review and provide feedback on supplier DFM, control plans, inspection plans, and test strategies for PCBA, electromechanical, and box-build assemblies. - Qualify and monitor suppliers...
