We’re looking for a Head of Organic Growth to lead, integrate, and scale the channels that drive organic customer acquisition: organic social, PR, SEO, AEO, and digital communications. This is a leadership role for someone who has built and led organic media functions end-to-end, including strategy, resource planning and development, channel execution, and performance accountability. You’ll report directly to the CMO and sit at the intersection of brand, content, and performance marketing, building systems that compound Bankrate’s organic presence across social, search, and media, and translating that presence into measurable audience and revenue growth.
