Responsibilities: Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build and maintain detailed operating and valuation models to assess potential transactions, including DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analyses Developing financial models to provide summaries, forecasts, and analyses on prospective acquisition targets Due Diligence Support: Conduct financial due diligence, working directly with the target company management teams and advisors (investment bankers, legal counsel, consultants, etc.) to gather necessary information Collaborate with functional groups across the organization t...
