Role Summary: The Lean Engineer plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations. The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing operational data, and leading Lean and Six Sigma projects that enhance efficiency, quality, delivery, safety, and overall operational performance. The Lean Engineer works closely with production, logistics, fechnical department and facilities and IT teams to implement structured problem-solving methodologies and ensure improvements are sustainable. This position is instrumental in strengthening the continuous improvement culture through coaching, facilitation of improvement workshops and implementation of Lean tools.
