Sandvik Mining is looking for a Senior Level Product Support Specialist – Underground Drills & Bolters Sandvik Mining is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of equipment, tools, service, and technical solutions for the mining industry. The product offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling. JOB PURPOSE: - Lead complex technical assignments as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Underground Drilling - While technically expert, also strong with customer acumen and relationship management - Act as trusted advisor to customers, identifying solutions for advanced product challenges - Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Application Engineers, Account Managers, Product Masters, Technical Specialists) to resolve product-related issues - Serve as primary technical liaison between Sales Area and Product Line/factory. - Drive frontline readiness for new technologies and product launches (parts, training, resources) - Develop and deliver machine-specific training packages across the Sales Area.
