POSITION SUMMARY: The Innovation Lab Experience Manager owns the end-to-end customer experience for Vertiv’s Innovation Labs—ensuring every visit, demo, workshop, and engagement reinforces Vertiv as the thought leader in system infrastructure for AI Data Centers. This role is the face of the lab to internal and external audiences, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Branding to curate powerful stories and experiences. This position will be based onsite at Vertiv's Delaware, OH location.
