You must reside in the San Diego area. Summary: Supports assigned dealerships in achieving district new‑vehicle wholesale and retail sales goals, including commercial sales, while promoting key customer‑focused programs such as CPO and rental. Regularly assesses dealership sales operations through site visits, identifies improvement areas, and motivates management to take corrective actions. Shares best practices, collaborates with the Fixed Operations Manager, and provides logistical support for market representation changes. Coordinates with other districts to strengthen national sales performance. District assignments typically range from 8 to 19 dealerships , depending on complexity and geography.
