Job description

Perform a combination of preventative maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting and electrical maintenance throughout property. Implements routine maintenance and urgent repair in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations Closely monitors the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible Keeps all records of maintenance and testing Performs preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment Lamp replacement: Responsible for repairing and/or replacing materials on game tables, chairs, stools and additional furniture throughout the property as needed Repairs of wallpaper, paint and drywall Fixture repair and replacement: Circuit breaker reset: Changes AC filters: Basic plumbing repairs: Hotel Guest room repairs: Responds to Maximo WO’s: Keeps daily logs: Supports events and casino: Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Perform other job-related duties as assigned Excellent communication skills: Ability to understand and comply with all hotel and departmental rules, regulations, policies and pro...
