Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Systems & Process Analysis 2. Development, Testing & Support 3. Documentation & Standards 4. Collaboration & Communication - Analyze business requirements, data, and system processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify optimization opportunities. - Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, system workflows, and functional specifications to clearly document current-state and future-state solutions. - Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs. - Maintain and enhance existing core systems to support new features, correct defects, and improve logic and performance. - Configure and test system changes to ensure functionality, performance, and data integrity. - Coordinate and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide timely troubleshooting and production support for critical system and process issues; after-hours or weekend support may occasionally be required.
