JOB TITLE: Cleaner: CLASSIFICATION: Hourly/Overtime Eligible – Full Time REPORTS TO: Property Manager: OBJECTIVE: In conjunction with the Leasing and Maintenance Departments, the Cleaner's primary responsibility is to take great care and pride in ensuring the public and common areas of the apartment communities are well-maintained, kept neat and tidy and cleaned regularly. The Cleaner also ensures the apartments are deep cleaned, painted and ready for showings to prospective tenants.
