Job description

Position Overview: In this role, you will lead on-site IT and digital enablement for Polaris’ Apparel Center of Excellence facility, Teton Outfitters, in Rigby, Idaho, supporting Polaris’ Parts, Garments & Accessories (PG&A) business unit. You will manage day-to-day IT operations while also partnering with business leaders to plan and execute a practical digital strategy and product roadmap that supports business goals. You will lead a team, coordinate shared resources, and oversee external contractors to ensure reliable service delivery for a 24/7 global organization. You will report to the Sr. Director of Digital Product with a dotted-line relationship to the VPGM of Apparel at Polaris corporate. This is a compelling opportunity to own both site-level IT delivery and meaningful digital outcomes, with direct visibility to local and enterprise stakeholders at the global leader in Powersports.
