The Senior Director of Digital & Process Transformation leads enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize business processes, digitize operations, and translate strategic intent into scalable execution. This role is accountable for driving measurable performance improvement across commercial, supply chain, operations, and corporate functions by deploying digital capabilities, lean/agile ways of working, and robust governance. Operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, the Senior Director partners closely with executive leadership and functional heads to remove friction in complex, matrixed organizations, deliver growth and productivity outcomes, and embed a continuous improvement culture.
