The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by this position. Employee(s) may be required to perform position-related tasks other than those specifically listed in this description. Essential Job Functions: - Verifies and pays out jackpots up to $2499.99. - Changes bills for customers. - Monitors and corrects minor machine malfunctions, including changing paper. - Investigates player complaints and machine malfunctions. - Monitors game play on the floor - Assists guests as needed.
