We are experiencing rapid growth and are expanding our North American operations to better support our customers. The Opportunity: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Engineer based in Oregon or Washington. This is a remote role with a mix of home office work and travel, mainly across the Northwest region, with occasional travel throughout the United States and Canada. Key Responsibilities: ● Perform installations, service, and support visits at customer and dealer locations ● Plan and deliver installation and technical training for dealerships ● Handle customer support cases via email and phone in collaboration with the support team ● Support warranty claim administration and process NCR (Non-Conformance Report) documentation ● Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth information flow and execution ● Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction Qualifications: ● A proactive “can-do” attitude and willingness to lea...
