Description Lead Deck Ambassadors at British Swim School Hudson Waterfront run efficient customer service and site operations focused on retention of families through engaging relationships to secure further lesson bookings and to attract new customers. Through training, coaching, and supportive feedback, they develop new hires to be the best deck ambassadors they can be and act as role models for the entire deck ambassador staff. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Enthusiastic, assertive personality with strong relationship and customer service skills. - Disciplined to follow schedules and enforce safety procedures as well as follow policies, teaching methods, and procedures of British Swim School. - Able to communicate effectively with other staff members on deck or in the water. - Able to display exemplary Showtime and enthusiasm throughout the entire shift. - Good interpersonal and observational skills - Good verbal communication and proven leadership skills - Comfortable with Jack Rabbit tasks and Fresh Desk Tickets. - Take part in regular skill development training (e.g. Customer complaint handling…) Roles and Responsibilities: ?
