Job Description: Within Airbus Defence & Space, and for the Space Earth Observation and Science (EOS) business Line, the successful candidate will join the Spanish Future Programmes line (TSOAS). As Program Manager/Bid Manager, you will lead the program team during the initial program phases (0/A), and you will lead the bid team for the phase C/D proposal preparation. If the proposal is selected by the Customer, you will continue managing the program during the execution phase (C/D), with a transfer to the Spanish EOS Programmes line (TSOY). Tasks and accountability: - Your main task is to lead the bid/program, including: - Customer communication, including discussion of all issues during the proposal preparation and the life cycle of the Program. - Program/Bid team and stakeholders management. - Decision making at program level, with full authority in the frame of the proposal preparation, negotiation with the Customer, and contract execution, in coordination with HO TSOAS program line. - Project Structuring/WBS Definition. - Proactive Risk and Opportunity Management, contractual and schedule management, budget and cost controlling. - Coordination of the industrialization process,...
