About the Role: We are seeking a Collections Officer to support the financial sustainability of St Vincent’s Care Services by managing resident and client accounts with professionalism, empathy and integrity. This role plays a vital part in ensuring aged care revenues are managed ethically and effectively, supporting continuity of care for residents while maintaining strong relationships with residents, families and internal stakeholders.
