Job description

Position Summary The Site Controller reports directly to the Vice President, Global Operations Controller and is a key member of the Tecomet Finance team. To succeed in this role, you will manage finance operations for two individual sites, partner with the site directors of each site in driving the annual operating plan, and provide value added analysis to the local leadership teams. This role's duties will require leading with integrity and reliability and having the ability to manage self and others with urgency, practicality, and accountability. This position is for a creative team player with a talent for challenging the status quo, unique ideas, and influence. The role also requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet’s principles of continuous improvement, customer-driven innovation, and a win-first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.
