Description The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing/ talent acquisition and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, facilitating offers, and conducting new employee orientation. This position builds internal and external relationships, identifying top talent, and delivering excellent candidate experience. This position will seek out and facilitate job fairs to maintain open talent pipelines. The Senior Recruiter performs recruiting efforts for all TCCH positions including providers, clinical and non-clinical staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage full-cycle recruiting/ talent acquisition processes to include posting requisitions, screening candidates, facilitating interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding. 2. Conducts new employee orientation. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and organizational alignment. 3. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. 4. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, internal systems, and referrals. 5.
