Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a commercially driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our Paris office. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic and mid-market clients across France and Southern Europe. This role focuses on revenue growth, contract renewals, upselling, and strengthening long-term partnerships, while also ensuring day-to-day client support on existing technologies and services. The Account Manager will work closely with Customer Success, Operations, Product, IT, and Finance teams to ensure commercial success and client satisfaction. What You Will Work On: Commercial Account Management: - Own and manage a portfolio of assigned accounts - Develop account strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets - Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations - Prepare pricing proposals, amendments - Business Development within Existing Accounts - Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Crisis24 services including travel risk management, intelligence, crisis response, and assistance services - Develop expansion strategies to increase account penetration Client Support & Technology Follow-Up: -...
