Job description

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for: Accounts Payable & Vendor Support Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely Support intercompany accounts payable processes across operating divisions § Assist with new vendor setup within the AP system Support new product setup within the ERP system General Ledger & Financial Reporting Maintain general ledger accounting records to ensure integrity and timeliness Post various account entries (e.g., bi-weekly payroll registers, monthly vacation accruals) Perform month-end consolidation work, including intercompany elimination transactions Prepare monthly closing procedures as assigned by the Corporate Controller Handle account review and balance history status - Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Producers Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource, and sustain improvement opportunities.
