Hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days/week on-site requirement. Preferred Location: Philadelphia, PA (Walnut St.) Other Location(s): Durham, NC, or Waltham, MA Our Oncology Business Unit has significant growth ambition over the Plan period. Our in-line business will continue to grow in a highly competitive and complex marketplace. We are expecting new indications to existing products, as well as a new product launch, in the next 3-year period. Additionally, there are key external events that we expect will change the competitive landscape in the areas in which our products compete. As a Strategy Director in Oncology Solid Tumor Marketing , you will be responsible for supporting and delivering against the overall mid- and long-term strategy for the brand. You will also develop, monitor and report on key metrics to assess the short-term performance of the brand across functions (KPIs, performance drivers, etc.) , and support the development of key leadership and governance presentations (MPR/IR, Forecast, etc.).
