The Experience Delivery Lead is accountable for planning, scoping and orchestrating all digital demand globally, including: New Product Development (NPD) launches Global and local digital campaigns: Always-on, fast wheel business support: Enhancements and cross-channel experiences: This role leads a team of Delivery Managers who own delivery across all platforms (Dyson.com, Owned Digital, 3rd party retail, digital advertising and CRM) to ensure exceptional, insight driven digital experiences. The Lead Delivery Manager partners closely with Business Units, Group Marketing, including, Planning, UX/UI, Creative, Copy, Content Operations. Regional Merchandising Cluster teams and Markets, to ensure demand is captured, shaped, resourced and prioritised effectively, and that delivery teams have the clarity and structure needed to operate at pace.
