This position requires accuracy in loading and adherence to safety policies. The loader follows warehouse instructions for building loads and works to minimize damage whenever possible. It is essential that all windows are loaded completely and securely blocked to ensure transit. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Comply with Westlake Safety Policies: Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility Provide safety leadership in promoting and creating a zero-injury safety culture. Remove windows from the production line. Report any damaged window to the Supervisor or Lead immediately . Perform work in a safe and timely manner.
