Responsibilities: - Provide support for customer requests, analyze problems, and escalate issues when necessary. - Communicate technical information to non-technical users. - Troubleshoot desktop and printer hardware and software issues; resolve issues to the end user's satisfaction. - Install, configure, and test all new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software. - Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and connectivity issues. Experience Requirements: - Possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the resolution of issues related to desktop, applications, or network systems in a Windows environment OR A university degree or diploma in computer science recent graduate. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment and work within a team of like-minded individuals. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Experience supporting Windo...
