We’re seeking a dedicated Full‑Time RN Resident Care Supervisor to join our Skilled Nursing Health Care Center. This position is 7:00pm-7:00am with varying weekdays and every other weekend rotation. The RN Resident Care Services supports the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the Nursing Department to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role helps ensure high-quality resident care and serves as acting Director in their absence, upholding all established care policies and standards.
