Mail Services Team Lead – Mail Services Operations - GRAHAM NC The Mail Services Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor and leading production operators to accomplish daily production quotas. Also, maintaining mailing equipment to produce high-quality mail pieces. This role involves managing the entire mail services process, from receiving and mailing packages, working with refund checks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
