The Senior IT Business Analyst – Operations acts as a key interface between Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring that enterprise applications supporting operations are effectively designed, integrated, and continuously improved. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in complex, multinational environments or consulting, with strong exposure to ERP-centric operations landscapes and advanced manufacturing and planning systems.
