Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Service Coordinator / Level 1 Technician to serve as the operational hub of our service delivery team. This is a hybrid role: your primary responsibility is managing the flow of our service board—triaging incoming tickets, assigning work to technicians, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
