Job DetailsJob Location: Lancaster, CA 93535Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $25.00 - $31.00 HourlyA Parent Partner is responsible for providing one-on-one guidance and support to families or caregivers of Intensive Services clients in a variety of environments and community settings. A Parent Partner is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant member of the Child and Family Team (CFT). Wraparound staff must complete all training requirements per DMH contract within the first year of employment. This position works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or Program Manager. DUTIES: 1. ADVOCACY: Utilizes personal and professional life experience to provide advocacy and support to parents/caregivers of our active clients. 2. OBJECTIVES: Develops measurable objectives for clients/families and monitors progress toward those goals. 3. CASE MANAGEMENT: Provides general case management and skill building for client’s and their and families in accordance with the policies of the program and referring/regulatory agencies (DMH, DCFS, Probation, schools). 4.
