Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking a Cost Analyst . This role is based in our Franklin, TN manufacturing facility. Key areas of responsibility will include: Teaming: - Must be collaborative and work with Plant and Department Managers - Miscellaneous ad-hoc reporting as requested from all finance leadership Plant Strategy: - Calculate daily CPUs and efficiency reports to help drive improvements in key cost and production areas - Develop weekly trending variance analysis, to see performance versus standard - Work with engineering to develop easy-to-read daily plant dashboard, that covers all areas including cost, production, shipping, efficiency, and safety Forecasting and Budgeting: - Lead yearly AOP and periodic forecast updates for all labor and overhead expenses in the plant - Collaborate with department managers to develop budgets around headcount, supplies, maintenance and more - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and general plant performance reports, with comparative view to AOP and forecasts Cost Accounting and Reporting: - Lead yearly Standard Cost Roll for all manufactured items in Franklin, TN by updat...
