Customer Service Support – Tempo determinato We are looking for a Customer Service Support to join our Rockfon team in Milano . You will report to Customer service team leader Place of work: Office Milano (Corso Sempione); 1 day home office/week after the first month. Who we are? This is the role: Accurately process customer orders in SAP: validate products, quantities and lead times. Apply pricing policy in coordination with Sales team and prepare quotations for special requests. Check product availability with factories and suppliers and trigger order preparation. Coordinate logistics and transport with internal teams and third‑party providers. Manage claims, credit requests and documentation (filing and archiving).
