Job Description: Senior Program Manager The Senior Program Manager is part of a team that enables the Corporate Technology Group to continuously modernize, consolidate and digitize technology solutions and provide enhanced user experience to Fidelity associates. The Senior Manager acts as a product owner, conducts business analysis and works closely with the Fidelity business units and Corporate Technology Group to ensure they have a solid understanding of Supervision and Surveillance, current and future needs. The Senior Manager also manages and maintains a prioritized backlog of deliverables, develops and tests technical solutions, and is an active participant in building effective business partner relationships. In this role, you will help ensure that Fidelity associates comply with a broad range of securities laws and regulations. By being customer obsessed, you will help associates meet their compliance obligations. You will think and work across Fidelity by partnering and driving solutions with our business and control function partners.
