About this Role: As a University Recruiting Project Specialist at Gartner, you will be an integral member of our high-performing Talent Acquisition team, serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to stakeholders across the globe. In this role, you will provide critical support to University Recruiters, and other business units involved in hiring matriculating students, early-careers, and specialized talent initiatives as a recognized subject-matter expert on recruiting operations, systems, and best practice. You will coordinate logistics, manage recruitment systems, and support the day-to-day operations that enable our recruiters to attract and engage top talent across a variety of programs and efforts. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive customer service mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
